Authenticate with OAuth

Add Bitbucket integration

  1. Navigate to Profile settings → Integrations
  2. Under Bitbucket, click Sign in
  3. Select the account you would like to use with Supernova
  4. You can now use this Bitbucket account to automate pull requests using Hooks

Remove Bitbucket integration from Supernova

  1. Navigate to Profile settings → Integrations
  2. Under Bitbucket, click Remove to remove the integration
  3. In the dialog, click Confirm to proceed

Sign in with a different Bitbucket account

To sign in with a different Bitbucket account, you first need to uninstall the Supernova app.

  1. Navigate to Profile settings → Integrations
  2. If you are currently signed in, click Remove to sign out
  3. Click Sign in, and uninstall from the Bitbucket pop up window
  4. Close the pop up and click Sign in again to with a different account

Authenticate with a personal access token

  1. Navigate to Profile settings → Integrations
  2. Under Bitbucket, click Authenticate using a personal access token
  3. Enter a name for the token, and paste in your username and personal access token
  4. Click Confirm to save
  5. You can now use this Bitbucket account to automate pull requests using Hooks by selecting this token as the connection

Use a custom server URL

If you would like to use a custom server URL instead of bitbucket.org:

  1. In the access token dialog, turn on Use a custom server URL
  2. You will then need to provide only the server URL and personal access token
  3. Click Confirm to save
  4. You can now use this Bitbucket account to automate pull requests using Hooks by selecting this token as the connection

Create personal access token

If you have not already created a personal access token and you would like to use one now with Supernova, you will first need to create one in Bitbucket.

To remove a Bitbucket access token:

  1. Navigate to Profile settings → Integrations, or from the pull request dialog click Manage Bitbucket authorization
  2. Under Bitbucket, locate the token you would like to remove and click Remove
  3. In the dialog, click Confirm
