What are AI credits
AI credits serve as the currency for utilizing AI features in Supernova. When you use Ask AI to answer questions about your design system - from finding specific tokens to understanding component patterns and beyond - credits are consumed based on how much AI processing is needed. Simple lookups use fewer credits, complex analysis uses more.
Types of AI credits
Monthly AI credits: Included with your plan and renewed monthly. Unused credits don't carry over.
Additional AI credits: Extra credits you can purchase as needed. They expire in 1 year after purchase. They are used only when the workspace has used its monthly AI credits.
Credits included per plan
Free plan includes 600 credits per day, with a monthly limit of 2,400 credits.
Credits on paid plans are calculated based on the number of purchased seats.

When exactly will my monthly AI credits renew?
Your monthly AI credits renew on the same day each month that you purchased your subscription. For example: yearly subscription purchased on February 17th = credits renew on the 17th of every month. To see your exact renewal date, hover over the info icon next to your monthly AI credits in your workspace.

Every member of the workspace can consume AI credits.
