Manage your subscription, update payment methods, and more.

View your plan

You can view your current subscription details in the Subscription overview section on the Billing page in Supernova settings. Here you can see:

  • which plan you're on
  • the price of your subscription
  • the billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
  • renewal date
  • AI credits included in your plan

Update your plan

Change plan

To update your plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing page.
  2. Under Subscription overview, click Update plan.
  3. In the dialog that opens, you can review the plan options and select your desired plan.

Upgraded plans take effect immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.


Reactivate plan

If you have downgraded your plan, you’ll see a banner on the Billing page reminding you that your plan is scheduled to downgrade, and displaying the date when your downgrade will take effect.

A Pro plan has been downgraded to Free.

If you no longer want to downgrade:

  1. Go to Settings / Billing.
  2. From the Downgrade banner under Subscription overview, click Stay on [your plan] plan.
  3. Alternatively, you can click Update plan.
  4. In the Update current plan dialog, click Pay now and reactivate plan.

Edit seats

When signing up to a plan (whether it's your first time, or you're upgrading your current plan), you can select the number of seats you want included upfront, so you have them from the very start.

Supernova offers both paid and unpaid seats, and each team member in your workspace is assigned one seat. Subscriptions are priced based on the number of paid seats.

Viewer and Billing seats are included by default in your Pro or Enterprise plan, and do not count as paid seats.

You can see the number of seats currently included in your subscription on the Members page in Workspace settings. You can fill seats by inviting or promoting team members to paid roles.

To add or remove seats from the Settings / Billing page:

  1. In the Subscription overview section, click Update plan.
  2. An Update current plan dialog will open.
  3. Under Seat configuration, use the + or - buttons to add or remove Full or Builder seats.
  4. Review the changes and click Pay now and update. You'll be taken to Stripe to complete the update to your plan there.

  1. In the top right corner, click Edit seats.
  2. An Update current plan dialog will open.
  3. Under Seat configuration, use the + or - buttons to add or remove Full or Builder seats.
  4. Review the changes and click Pay now and update. You'll be taken to Stripe to complete the update to your plan there.

If you've added seats, this will take effect immediately, and you can invite team members to fill them immediately. If you have removed seats, this will take effect in the next billing cycle.

You can also add additional seats on the Pro plan by inviting new team members when all other seats have already been filled.

Cancel your subscription

Cancel subscription

When you cancel your Supernova subscription, you and your team members will lose access to any features that were part of your plan, but existing content will not be deleted.

Canceling your plan subscription disables auto-renewal of your payments.

To cancel your subscription:
  1. On the Billing page under Subscription overview, click ••• to open the context menu.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription from the context menu.
  3. You'll be taken to Stripe, where you can complete canceling your subscription.
