What is design system data?
Design system data is the structured content from your design system that can be included in a context. This includes design tokens, themes, components, and assets.
When a context includes design system data, agents can work from the real building blocks of your system instead of relying only on written guidance or trying to reverse engineer things from your codebase.
If your design system has multiple datasets, you can choose which dataset the context should use.
Connect design system data to contexts
Choose which design system data should be included in the context.
- Open Contexts.
- Open the context you want to configure.
- In Data and knowledge / Design system, select the data you want to include.
- Save your changes.
Only the selected data becomes part of the context output. This lets you build and distribute contexts based on what each audience actually needs.
