Documentation

Include design system documentation in your contexts so that agents can reference your design system guidance.

Why include documentation in a context?

Documentation helps agents understand how your design system should be used, not just what exists in it.

This is useful when agents need guidance such as:

  • how components should be used
  • naming and organizational conventions
  • implementation details
  • examples, explanations, and best practices

You can use your documentation when you want agents to work with the reasoning and guidance behind the system, not just raw design system data.

Connect documentation pages to contexts

Choose which design system documentation pages should be included in the context.

  1. Open Contexts.
  2. Open the context you want to configure.
  3. In Data and knowledge / Design system / Documentation pages, select the pages you want to include.
  4. Save your changes.

Only the selected pages become part of the context output. This lets you build and distribute contexts based on what each audience actually needs.
