When prototype-first works best
- You know exactly what problem you are solving and what the solution might be
- You already have a direction and want to validate it visually
- You’re running a workshop or live collaboration session
- You want feedback on layout, flow, content hierarchy, or key interactions
To create a prototype, describe what you want to build in the main prompt or in an existing project (a short idea is enough; a detailed description works even better), then click Create a prototype.
Attach context
To help the agent understand your intent faster, you can attach supporting materials:
- Images (screenshots, inspiration, existing UI)
- Text documents (notes, requirements, copy drafts)
Use “@” to include an existing document
If you are creating a prototype in a project that already has a document, you can reference it with @ when creating the prototype. The portal will include that document in your prompt context.
This is the easiest way to start if you have:
- clear goals and constraints
- detailed requirements
- previous decisions and notes
Example
“Create a mobile onboarding prototype based on @Onboarding_brief. Keep the flow short, reuse the existing button hierarchy, and include an optional ‘Skip’ pattern.”
