We've created a built-in analytics dashboard that tracks the performance of your documentation content, helping you make smarter decisions, and optimize your docs with confidence.
- Page view & session tracking: See how often your documentation is viewed — globally or per page — to identify high-traffic content or areas that may need more attention.
- Time-based filters: Analyze trends to measure activity across specific time periods. This helps you compare performance over time and measure the impact of recent changes.
- Engagement insights: Uncover peak user activity times and the content that drives the highest engagement, with visibility into behavior shifts following version releases.
- Simple, integrated experience: No need to hook up Google Analytics or other external tools. Activity is tracked and visualized inside Supernova by default.

How to get it
There’s nothing to configure — everything works out of the box!
To explore your analytics, head over to the Analytics tab in Supernova. Your data will continue to populate as users interact with your documentation.
Who can use it
The integrated analytics dashboard is available on all Supernova plans for workspaces with published documentation.
- Workspaces on a Free plan can access analytics from the past 30 days.
- To unlock unlimited historical data and advanced workspace features, upgrade to a Team or higher plan.
- Analytics can be accessed by Contributor roles and higher.
