Introducing Portal notifications — bringing all your collaboration into one place to speed up reviews and eliminate blockers. Mentions, document discussions, and project invites come directly to you, keeping your team aligned and moving forward.
You are notified when
- You are mentioned in chat (features or documents, including thread replies).
- Someone comments or replies in a project document.
- You are added to a project (invitations or access changes).
Where you manage preferences
Manage all notifications in Settings → Notifications:
- Toggle in‑app and email notifications by category (chat mentions, document comments, project invitations)
- Settings persist across devices and sessions
