Plan settings

Manage your plan and everything within it.

You can find an overview of your subscription and plan on the Billing page, under the Workspace section in your Settings.

View your plan

You can view your current plan in the plan section on the Billing page. You'll be able to see which plan you're on, the price of your plan (and whether you're billed monthly or yearly) and some of the features included in the plan.

Change your plan

  1. In the plan section on the Billing page, click ... (near the bottom of the section) to open the context menu.
  2. Choose Change plan from the context menu.
  3. You'll be taken to the Select a plan page. Here, you can see all of the options, and select your desired plan.

Add or remove seats

When signing up to a plan (whether it's your first time, or you're upgrading your current plan), you can select the number of seats you want included upfront, so you have them from the very start.

You'll see the number of seats currently included in your plan in the plan section on the Billing page. You can fill seats by inviting or promoting team members to paid roles — learn more about this in Managing your team.

To add or remove seats:

  1. In the plan section on the Billing page, click Edit seats.
  2. In the Edit seats dialog, use the + or - buttons to add or remove seats.
  3. Click Continue. You'll be taken to Stripe to complete the update to your plan there.

If you've added seats, this will take effect immediately, and you can invite team members to fill them whenever you like.

If you've removed seats, this will take effect in the next billing cycle — you'll see when this is in the Edit seats dialog.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

To upgrade or downgrade your plan:

  1. Click Change plan to go to the Select a plan page, and choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.
  2. Upgraded plans take effect immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

If you no longer want to downgrade

Once you've chosen to downgrade your plan. you'll see a banner near the top of the Billing page reminding you that your plan is scheduled to downgrade, and displaying the date when your downgrade will take effect.

If you want to stay on your current plan (and no longer downgrade), you can select Stay on [your plan] from this banner.

Cancel your subscription

When you cancel your Supernova subscription, you and your team members will lose access to any features that were part of your plan, but existing content will not be deleted.

Canceling your plan subscription disables autorenewal of your payments.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. In the plan section on the Billing page, click ... (near the bottom of the section) to open the context menu.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription from the context menu.
  3. You'll be taken to Stripe, where you can complete canceling your subscription.
