Reorder rows and columns

  1. Hover over the row or column you would like to move.
  2. Click the dots icon and drag to the desired position.

Edit the text style in the table

  1. Set the text style using the text style buttons in the property panel. You can use bold, italic or strikethrough text, inline code, and also add links to text.
  2. Set the text alignment within the cells using the alignment buttons below: Left, center or right.
  3. You can also choose to use body text, a bullet list, or a numbered list.

Add additional rows or columns

  1. Hover over the + button at the end of the table rows or columns.
  2. Or, hover and click the dots icon on a row or column to open the context menu.
  3. You can add a row or column before or after the one you've selected.
  4. Alternatively, you can add rows and columns in the property panel by clicking the + button in the Columns and Rows sections.

Delete rows or columns

  1. Select the row or column to delete with the = button.
  2. Click the dots icon and select Delete row or Delete column from the menu.
  3. Alternatively, you can remove rows and columns in the property panel by clicking the - button in the Columns and Rows sections.

Clear content in a row or column

  1. When a column or row is selected, press the Delete key on your keyboard to delete the content.
  2. You can also clicks the dots icon on a row or column to open the context menu, and select Clear contents from the menu.

Add an image or a Figma frame to a table

  1. Hover within the cell you want to add an image or Figma frame to.
  2. Click the dots icon to the right of the table to open the context menu, and click Add image.
  3. An image icon will appear in the cell. Click the dropdown arrow to open the menu, and choose either Upload image or Select Figma frame.

Configure the table style

Add header row or column

  1. Add a header row by toggling the Header row switch to Yes.
  2. Add a header column by toggling the Header column switch to Yes.
  3. Turn either header off by toggling the switch to No.

Add borders

  1. Add borders to the table by toggling the Borders switch to Yes.
  2. Remove borders by toggling the switch to No.

Fit to page

The fit to page option sets the table width to match the width of the content of your documentation site, and evenly distributes the columns.

  1. Click the Fit to page option to snap your table to the content width of the documentation site.

Resizing columns manually will override this setting.
