You can add a new page within the group, or a new group nested within the group.

  1. Beside the group name in the navigation, click ••• to open the context menu.
  2. Hover on Add new in the context menu.

Reorder or move a group

As mentioned, you can move a page using the options from the page's context menu — follow the steps for Edit a group above, and select any of the Move options from the context menu.

You can also use drag and drop to reorder or move groups in the top or side navigation. This includes moving items between the top and side navigation, and moving items into groups.

  1. Hover over the group and click and drag the ≡ icon.
  2. Drop it where you would like to move it:
  • On top of another item to move it into that item
  • Next to another item to reorder items

Hide a group

Hide groups in the published site, including from search.

  1. Beside the group name in the navigation, click ••• to open the context menu.
  2. Click Hide group to hide this group and the pages within it.
  3. You can unhide the group by following the same steps, but this time clicking Unhide group in the menu.

Ungroup a group of pages

Ungroup dialog

This only works once a group is not empty. If you want to delete an empty group, please see 'Delete a group' below.

  1. Click ••• beside the group's name to open the context menu.
  2. Click Ungroup from the menu.
  3. In the dialog, click Ungroup to confirm.
  4. Contents of the group will be moved to the parent level.

Delete a group

Delete group dialog
  1. In the group menu •••, click Delete group.
  2. In the dialog, click Delete group to delete the group and all the pages in it.

It's important to note that any pages within the group will also be deleted from your documentation. If you want to keep them, ungroup them instead.
